One other way we plan on ending the use of pesticides is through creating new perspective for consumers. Many people are not aware of what pesticides and insecticides are or what they do. It is our goal to create a new perspective for people about the natural world around them. People often forget that even their own backyard is home to many local plant and animal life. By showing people the relationships that insects and plants share, we can better educate people about the natural world, while helping them to naturally combat pests that plague their gardens. Through education, we hope to reduce the use of pesticides and preserve the environment that we live in.

This years Student Innovation Expo theme is fresh perspective. BUGSprey is a service that will provide people a fresh perspective on ways to combat pests naturally. Our service was created through looking at the problem from a new perspective. The conventional way to get rid of pests without using pesticides is through natural pesticides. However, we plan on combatting pest through using natural insect predators. This innovative approach makes us unique to consumers, and sets us apart from other products on the current market.
